P31X
P31X is the title of our women's exercise group. P31 stands for Proverbs 31. This chapter focuses on the virtuous woman of God that we all want to strive to become. In verse 17 it tells about how her arms were strong and in verse 25 it tells us that "strength and honor" were her clothing…and that's just getting started! This woman was amazing and this is the goal for which we are striving! The X is pretty self-explanatory…it just stands for exercise. Come have a good time with new friends and old, move your body, sweat a bit, get fit and start working your way to a Proverbs 31 body, mind and soul! We can't wait to see what happens when we get our bodies moving and then settle down to get our "temples" in shape as well. Come join us two nights a week, we promise, you won't regret it!!!
We meet each Tuesday & Thursday night at 6:00pm in the Family Life Center. Come early to sign in and select your exercise spot. There is a $3.00 class fee per person.
